Really nice view, good breakfast, perfect clean

Nice big Room, very clean. Big shower and big comfortable bed. Pool is okay.

The balcony is a bit small.

I cancelled room. I dont stay there. But they dont return my money. I dont use again booking.com and dont go thailand any more.

Hotel was very dirty.

Great value for money. Lovely staff, room clean. Lovely pool which is a great sun trap. Restaurants and a lovely park not far away. Short taxi ride to old town and the peninsula. A shout out to the lovely lady who sells pizzas about 50m south of the hotel, they were lovely if you fancy a change from Thai food.

Bit picky but taxi ride to get to most places of interest but that's the same with everywhere.

Staff rushed me out of room they didn’t accept me

My husband and I stayed at Ratana for three weeks. The staff was very nice and always happy to help. We loved the large bed in our room and the fact that we stayed on the 5th floor, as it meant no snakes or other animals could get into the room. There’s also a 7/11 just a three-minute walk from the hotel.

We didn’t like the gym because there’s no air conditioning, and the area has no ventilation, making it difficult to exercise. Additionally, only one treadmill was functional.The hotel could use some repainting, as it doesn’t feel fresh.The location is about a 35-50 minute drive from all the main beaches (Kata, Karon, Banana, etc.), but it’s conveniently close to Phuket Town and Central Festival, both just a 20-minute drive away.

Overall good facility, big room + convenient gym and swimming pool.

The bathroom in particular was not clean. The AC also stops randomly and when keeping the bathroom door closed it gets very hot. The bed and lining were clean .

I was happy with the accommodation overall. The A/C worked well, the bed was comfortable, the room was large. When I left a "do not disturb" sign on the door, the housekeeping staff left supplies (toilet paper, water bottles, coffee, etc) in a bag by the door.

The main thing I didn't like (and a big factor in the overall score I gave) is the COMPLETE LACK OF AN AIRPORT SHUTTLE. The listing says a stay at this hotel includes a free airport shuttle. That was one of the main reasons for me choosing this hotel. I needed somewhere to stay for 2 nights between flights. The taxi ride both ways ended up costing me almost as much as the hotel! I never would have picked this place if it didn't claim to include a shuttle.

Big room. Nice window view. Near to scuba diving places.

Far from all beaches.

Nice big room with balcony. Quiet in the side road. Good aircon. Good fridge and there was a hot water contraption. Good shower. One lady (in orange) very friendly and helpful and her English was better than the others. She rented us a moped at the hotel (250THB/day) and also arranged our trip to Koh Phi Phi. The pool was a welcome distraction and use of the toaster and microwave in the adjacent room was useful for lunch. No restaurant while we were there. Not touristy but we like to experience local life and we ate well at a small place nearby and we'd recommend the Steak Tonight restaurant too.

Not much in the way of bars or other attractions nearby so head to the Indy market / old town

The bed sheets were quite uncomfortable... Itchy and felt almost asif it was fiber glass on our skin, our bed sheets were changed daily but maybe it's the material? Also the chairs on the balcony had the same sort of itch so we didn't know weather it was to do with the Aircon blowing on the things as it was everywhere ! Lovely place but the bed sheets made it not as perfect as it could've been

This hotel needs a complete update. website said my room would have a microwave. There was none.Drains in the sink and the shower both clogged.The staff was nice. I stayed at this hotel for three weeks.

The hotel is located on the main street.

Rude staff! Especially against colored people for some reason. They'll always smile for EU but not for other Asians.

Good location

Need a complete building maintenance. Connecting rooms for big families could be arranged

Very big rooms, like a Suite with living room area, Sofa, small kitchen and kitchen table, bathroom and a bedroomOk for 1 night and very good for the price

the location is a bit far from Phuket TownRooms and equipment quite old, not very clean and the room gets crazy hot, there is AC, but somehow doesn't make it much betterno breakfast option, they don't have a restaurant
